Wow, I didn't realize 4 was old. I'd been told that for a single litter, 3-4 was optimal (no later than 5). I hope we're not in for troubles on that front.
Thanks for the info. I'm debating taking her to the vet tomorrow (our vet is an hour drive, so I hate to make her sit in the car for two hours so close to her due date if it's not a necessity). Responses are worrying me a touch, though.
