OMG! I just bought the exact same one 2 days ago and am having the same problem, I was thinking it was because of the rear elastic rubbing on it and have been thinking how how to make my own that has velcro to hold it on but no elastic on the sides, I don't think its nessary. I also tried the diaper one (denim) from Petsmart but his little willy is too far up his body to stay in so it would not catch any pee anyway (even the larger size).
