 Should I Be Concerned?
Chloe' is 3 1/2 months and weighs 1.12...Her parents were 5lb and 6lb but my vet has told me that she is going to be a smaller yorkie. What do I need to watch out for with a tiny one like this and do you think she'll get any bigger? She's really healthy right now, we've had to treat her for kennel cough but that went away with no problems and 7 days of medication. I'm really concerned...I would like her to at least be 5 lbs...I've heard that you double the weight at 3 months but that would put her at 2.12 and maybe adding on 1 lb for measure...3 lbs...Yikes! I love her to pieces though, she's my little angel! What do you guys think? |
