Oh, I don't believe she took my money at all! I was just wondering if anyone else was having a problem getting their merchandise from her. I recallsomeone posted about a week or so ago about not getting their order and Gerry responded to that post. I did try emailing Gerry at the email address on her website but go no response.
I think if Gerry is having difficulty getting her products out in a timely manner than she should email these customers to let them know what the problem is.
The person who posted here was upset that her credit card was billed and she still doesn't have her merchandise. I know that happens and it's happened to me but it's not good business.
I'm sure that I will get my merchandise eventually and will be happy to get it and put in on my baby! I did send Gerry a PM a little while ago. Hopefully I'll get a response soon. |
