It was cute at first but now she's got a real jealous streak with people and other dogs. She just does not want me to touch anyone else. If my attention is too focused on someone else, she gets really clingy. I got some suggestions from a friend on this site, and its helping but, I do want her to be friendly and able to play and have fun with other people and dogs besides me! Shes fun with me, but it doesn't always show up when my family or friends come over.
One thing I know though from every dog I've ever had and that is, they know who feeds them and loves them and cares for them. They may "cheat" a little when someone interesting comes around, but when the chips are down...they always know who "mommy" is |
I think the same. It is wonderful that your baby loves being with your mom! If she didn't, she would be sad, nervous etc. about your absence. Your mom must be in tune with her and treat her really well! Enjoy the heck out of it. Dinky is miserable when we leave him somewhere-even if he is getting the star treatment with grandma.
