Go to the thread list of YT Community.
Click on "Sick and Injured/ emergencies". At the top of that section page that comes up, click on 'New Thread' and a page comes up. Just post your question and hit Submit.

Note. As you are new, it may take some time for your post to show up, so don't worry if you don't see it immediately. New posts are moderated for the first few posts.
