You, and everyone else here, are absolutely 1000% welcome to post any/all articles here - no matter where they come from, who they are by, whether backed by science or not, or whatever -- whether or not holistic or traditional.
You are most welcome to do so, and I for one appreciate all/any info that people post here at YT, bc I think we can learn from pretty much anything.
Don't stop posting what you find that you think may be of interest to others...bc if it's of interest to you, it's probably of interest to others too...even if/when it ushers in a good (and respectful) debate.
