Thanks Linda. I think I'm actually running into a surcharge problem because my box IS light and large. In other words, for as big a box as it is, it is unusually light, so they add a surcharge to make up for the difference. That was my problem with UPS, I didn't see that FedEx or USPS was doing that and their rates were comparable. I could actually go and get a different box, because I'm right at that size where slightly smaller is about 10.00 cheaper, but I'd have to make the trip and purchase it, so it doesn't really make sense to do that at this point. I was just shocked at how much rates have gone up. It doesn't help either, that I am shipping clear across the US. If I keep doing these GE's I'm just going to have to downsize. LOL
