I love my vet; she is understanding, knows her stuff and "gets" me. I took Piper in for spaying first thing in the morning and picked her up at 2pm that same day. I noticed shortly after coming home that she was very restless and kept stretching her little neck. I called Dr Patti and she immediately said that Piper was in pain and to give her pain medication right away (as opposed to directions on bottle). Dr Patti also told me to call for any reason if I had additional questions or concerns. Piper fell asleep shortly after receiving medication (sooner than prescribed) and made a beautiful, full recovery (her little belly is seamless!!). Dr Patti has been my vet for 20 yrs...through a German Shepherd, two felines and now my Piper. She has always, always been there for me (and them) as she is with all of her patients.

Find a veterinarian who really listens---and takes the time to understand both you and your "baby." I trust my vet with Piper's life---that is everything!!!
