First of all Phil I thank you for taking the time to search and review the citations and to give your learned opinion on what you found and what you did not find!
I plan on another communication with Dr Dodds in the near term future to ask further questions and see where she stands on her willingness preparedness to publish in shall I say more mainstream scientific journals.
