This plan is working for me too! 8.4 lb and 10" in 21 days! It's not been that bad either. I am doing the workouts. They are only 30 min a day. But man do you sweat! Lol. I have a doctor making me accountable. And Michelle, Lisa, and I are helping each other as well. Getting a buddy really helps! Just a warning...you eat a lot of food! |
