 21 Day Fix
Anyone tried it? I just completed my first round and boy does this work. I lost 11 lbs and 11 1/2 inches. I am going on for another round.
It is basically portion control and healthy eating plus exercise. Thanks Rhonda aka BabygirlRosie and Lisa aka Sugarmamma for helping me get started. |
