I would also agree with Deb in spaying around 8 months so any baby teeth that don't come out on their own can be taken out during spay. I had a foster that was neutered at 4 months bc that particular vet liked to do it early. He ended up with double rows of teeth and really bad breath bc he didn't lose hardly any baby teeth. If he had waited, they could have taken out the baby teeth.
But was someone there all night? It's really not safe to leave them overnight when no one is going to be there. They can pull the baby teeth at 6 months the vet know which ones are baby teeth and which aren't.
