Honestly, I do think taking her back for a visit would stress her out, especially if her former owner doesn't want to reclaim her. She's only been with you for a week or a little over it, while she'd been with the breeder for years(?). I visit with my breeder regularly, but if I have a new puppy from her(or anyone) the puppy would need to be with me a little over or equal to the time she was with the previous owners. 12 weeks with breeder=16 weeks with me(i send video/pics though), just to hopefully cut back on confusion. Seeing as how Jesse is 3 years old that's not an option lol. If the breeder is not wanting her back, I would wait at least a month before visiting. |
