If Cesar's is the only thing she'll eat then it seems she's made the choice for you
. There are other wet foods that are considered better, I feed Fromm kibble but also Stella and Chewy's as a topper. As for taking her back to the breeder's home for a visit...How old is your puppy? Is she completely vaccinated(core shots/rabies)? Have you been to this woman's home before? The reasons why I ask this is 1) if your pup is not properly vaccinated you should limit her interaction with other people and animals due to germs, even if the other animals she'd be in contact with may not be sick they may be immune and be carriers. 2) it's just not safe to go to someone's home you don't know. If the breeder wants to see what she looks like(is this why she wants to see her?) send her a pic through email/text if you don't feel comfortable(it seems like you don't) going to get home.
