OMG I LOVE SALMON AND TUNA! Do not give that up for anything!!! I've never had them fresh from the ocean. Even when I lived in CA, all our fish was frozen from the market. Even sashimi grade. Unless you buy them alive from the tanks. Tuna and salmon belly..... yum.....
