You are not alone.

I want a yorkie that looks like the yorkies I grew up with; that my aunts & uncle had, that my Nan had. And I want that same kind of yorkie available to my children and future grandchildren.

The way to make sure that happens is to only support breeders of traditional yorkies. I wouldn't consider buying even the most beautiful traditional yorkie, from someone that breeds partis or chocolates or any colour fault, because I will not fund that kind of breeder. Just like I wouldn't buy even the most beautiful traditional yorkie from a pet store, because I wont fund puppymills.
