Honestly I'm not really sure about the Parti thing I have not done much research or reading on it. The tail docking I'm not a fan of necessarily but at this time since it is the standard so most reputable breeders are going to stick to the standard. I personaly have not come across one that dosen't doc but it dosent mean there aren't ones that don't. Some of the things that I really think need to be followed from the ytca is the health things, the not breeding a female under 5 pounds, the not letting the puppies go until at least 12 weeks and such.
