Even the ones who purport to follow the YTCA guidelines, often do not. I once had a breeder who was a member of the YTCA hand me her card at the dog show. It was advertising tinies. She asked me not to share it with other breeders...as IF I would share it with anyone. But..seriously??? What a jerk. There are many Taylor who talk the talk, but do NOT walk the walk.
I personally would not buy a dog from any breeder, but IF I wanted to, I can tell you there are an extremely small number of breeders I would consider and even them I am not totally sure of. Breeding can be an ugly business.
