Well let's say a breeder who follows the Yorkshire Terrier Club of Americas rules of ethics. I can't help but think that last sentence was very nasty! Sure you can support any old back yard breeder doing nothing good for the breed if you want because it is your money, I on the other hand prefer to only support reputable breeders who are breeding to better the breed and for the good of the breed.
