Also for the broccoli maybe try it with hummus. I hate raw broccoli but if you cook it the exact it cold or room temp w the hummus, it's good. I will eat raw carrots in hummus. |
I do like hummus! Do you mean to cook it with hummus??? When we are talking portion control hummus certainly comes into play

I could eat that stuff by the gallon I swear!
I mostly eat salmon fillets, my dad is an avid fisherman and spends time not he boat here in Oregon and Alaska as well and my family is blessed with delicious fish! Also i mostly bake my salmon, though I often pan fry halibut. I take slices of butter and arrange them at the bottom of a tinfoil coated baking dish, place the salmon inside and coat it in a layer of mayonnaise and top it with chopped garlic, dill weed and pepper and cover it in lemon juice and slices of lemon- I am heavy on garlic all the time. I make a tinfoil tent to bake it in and it comes our delicious and moist and the coating of mayonnaise deliciousness that comes out of this venture....let me just say you find yourself seeking out the pieces that are well coated and picking off the top half, it is heavenly.
