I'm in favor of assisted suicide, and providing people with humane medications so that they may end their pain and suffering themselves, at their chosen time.
Obviously, there should be clearly defined processes in place, so it isn't utilized on a whim. Something simple, like 3 requests in a row, 3 days (24 hrs) apart, and then the meds are dispensed.
Death with dignity should be the right of all, IMO.
