We use it, our vet recommended it when Willy was starting a hacking cough. Willy knows that he doesn't go outside without it and doesn't fight me to put it on, it's really not his favorite thing, but he is used to it. We have been using it for about 4 years. And as for the muzzle part, it is not a muzzle, he can still eat, drink, bite & bark with it on. I like it, and it works well for us.
