My vet had me feed my Yorkie only quinoa and baked tilapia while on meds. As he got better we put him on hills science diet zd wet canned food. He has done really well on this. It's all Spud gets. There is treats that go with this food he gets one a day. I would try this before ultrasound. Sounds like pancreatitis or irritable bowel. Need a very low fat diet. Prayers for your sweet yorkie.
