So comforting to read your happy post about having your baby home again. She deserves all the belly rubs and cuddles you can give her.
As for eating, perhaps if she still has some infection and is stressed by the vet visits and procedures, she may not have much of an appetite. As the vet said, whatever she will eat is good right now.
