Ladies....thank you all
Quick update - things have gone (in a way) from bad to worse. Not Andy-wise though, thank God.
Dad's still in the hospital - they won't allow him to come home until a proper care package (apart from me!!
) has been put in place. Which includes a stair-lift, certain doors being reversed so that can't happen again etc. etc. But that all takes time, of course.
Mum's come to stay with us which is kind of creating it's own problems. Of course I can keep an eye on her here, but our stairs are steep, and we're practically lifting her up them...
She will stay with us until all the work's been done, and then dad and mum will eventually go back home together.
Please keep on keeping all your bits and pieces crossed for us!
