I wouldn't pay more then 200$ for a un-papered puppy. Make sure you know what your buying. Mill puppies are cute but have health problems in how they are raised. Good luck |
No papers could still be purebred bc possibly they bought the dam or sire on limited registration and did not have breeding rights, bred them anyway, and thus no papers. But that is more rare than non AKC dogs bred and being sold for profit, which is what I think this might be.
