In my opinion, no papers means not a pure bred puppy. Is it a person selling the puppy. If so, check out where they are being raised. Could be getting a mill puppy if your not able to see there current home.
I wouldn't pay more then 200$ for a un-papered puppy. Make sure you know what your buying. Mill puppies are cute but have health problems in how they are raised. Good luck |
