She looks like a full yorkie, but no one can guarantee how the pup will look full grown, not even the breeder. To get a better idea, you should see the parents of the pup. Mixed dogs can also look like a purebreed too. And esp with yorkies, since they look so different once they mature, you really won't know what you get unless you get an adult.
Also if the puppy is AKC registered then you can track the lineage. If it's not AKC, you cannot trust what is written on those papers. Registries such as ACA, CKC (Continental, not Canadian), APRI, etc do not have any rules or regulations about what dog you can register as what. They just take a check in the amount they charge and a form filled out. Not even a photo of the dog.
