So we've been looking for small pendant lights for a year now to hang over our island. Didn't find anything we liked. we even looked at stuff out of our price range, and still nothing we liked. So yesterday we went into one of our favorite thrift shops and found three matching pendants for $10 each. I am repainting them now. They aren't spectactular, but they will do. And for $30 for all three! You can't even get one for that price. This thrift shop gets a lot of architectural salvage, so everything is do dang cheap. They had a huge pile of doors from mansions it seemed bc they were so tall. Like for 10-11' ceilings! $50/pair. Wow. Too bad we can't use any of those. Our ceilings are only 8', those doors were already taller than our ceiling.
