I feed Bella Wellness Core Grain Free Small Breed, and she hasn't had any problems at all. If you've been feeding the Wellness Healthy Weight for a long time and haven't noticed any problems, maybe there is a virus going around that your dogs are spreading to each other? If things go downhill, you might want to take them back to the vet, just to be sure.
I just read the second part of your post. It could be that 48 hours on the bland diet isn't enough time for them to get whatever it is they have out of their systems, and the Wellness is irritating their sensitive stomachs? Just in case you have a bad batch of food, you might want to consider getting a fresh bag and try to get a refund for the bag you have been using, and perhaps contacting the company to see if they want you to send them a sample for analysis.
