Default ways to decrease separation anxiety

Hello all I just got my puppy yesterday. Im trying to figure out ways to get around separation anxiety. I haven't left her and don't plan on leaving her in the house for atleast until she gains some kind of trust. Im home must of the day except for weekly errands. But when I leave to go places she can't, I have a pet taxi (don't plan to use it ever is to small, was only to bring her home) a puppy play pen and a hallway which can be blocked off by closing the doors. It's enough room for her bed and food on one end and pee pads on the other (roughly 8 ft of space. Last night she slept in her bed in the hallway right next to my room door she didn't wander around or whine. For training early and reference how can I decrease anxiety when I leave her home. I don't want neighbors complaining
