I have everything on ZoE's. My home address, my cellphone, my parent's home address, their landline and their cellphones, both my kid's cell numbers, and ZoE's vet's address and phone number.

I also noted in the add'l info, a sworn statement that I authorize emergency medical care and and assume liability for all costs incurred for such care. Many vets and ERs will not treat "strays/found" animals without guaranteed payment. I'd hate to think if she was lost and injured that she wouldn't be treated.

Her chip registry emails me every year and reminds me to update her contact info, which i like, even though it hasn't changed since I've had her.

I also have the vet scan her chip at every checkup to make sure it's still scanning.
Karan that is great info thanks, I am going to have all that info put in Lola's chip when I get it in two weeks.
