All the topicals made Callie act sickish for 24 hours and I could not get my grandpa to remember not to touch it and it always stayed greasy until she took a bath. We have never had a flea issues and ticks haven't been to bad since we moved so I'm pretty happy with it and it's worth the money to me. There are a couple of months I didn't use it like January and February.
There's no way I'd use advantix ever. I have an epileptic dog in the house and I am quite sure his neurologist would know what is safest for him. i posted it for others who don't want to spend $25 a pill for a 10-Lb dog for Nexguard. I wouldn't find that to be worth the money at all when there are products that kill 90% of ticks that are safer for $14 for three months.
