It could be fraud to act like your dog is new with your vet. It's better to see if another company would also exclude that issue that you had problems with. For example, if you go w/ Embrace, you can fax in all your records and ask for the medical review. If you don't like what they say, you can cancel the policy and get a refund if you have this done in their time frame which i think was 30 days. |
Embrace does not insure pets in Canada - what would have been your second choice for your 14yr old?
