Your pain is not unimaginable, I know, and many, many of us know just what you are feeling / not feeling, what you are going through. Just reading your last minutes with Nutmeg had me crying remembering my last minutes 17 months ago when I went through the same thing. I know many who will read your last minutes will cry for their last minutes spent with their beloved babies. It never gets easier. We all know the pain and are here for you. (((HUGS))))
