It could be fraud to act like your dog is new with your vet. It's better to see if another company would also exclude that issue that you had problems with. For example, if you go w/ Embrace, you can fax in all your records and ask for the medical review. If you don't like what they say, you can cancel the policy and get a refund if you have this done in their time frame which i think was 30 days.
in reality she did not have any problems, 3 vets told me that the CK number is very finiky, it could be up one day and down the next, just like with humans and blood tests, say with blood sugar one test shows high two weeks later it's back to normal

I do like your idea of checking with them first before spending a lot of money on a plan. I would also be curious if they viewed the info differently than pet plan did, thanks for the suggestion
