I know this must be such a sad decision for you to come to but in the end you are being a responsible owner and keeping you precious furbaby's best interests in mind. It is a wise, and (I'm sure) difficult decision that you are having to make but if you are weighing all the options, wouldn't it be better you find a new home for him rather than he end up seriously injured by one of your human babies? I think that you may feel guilt in either decision that you make, but ultimately, the choice is yours (as you know) and I'm sure as a loving mother (of human and furkid) you will make the right decision.
