Get an expen, put her potty pad and bed and water in that so she has a safe place to hang out just like she would with a reputable breeder. Make sure she is eating etc. At 8 weeks she needs to just be warm, safe and nourished. I wouldn't let her touch the ground unless it's a very clean area in your own yard until she is fully vaccinated.

Potty pads make life much easier and it's not that hard to transition to outdoor.
