That is not what I said at all. Actually I don't think anything that is Benign is a huge deal at all. As we age both dogs and humans experience certain changes in our bodies and health. Vision changes, hearing might weaken, heart weakens etc.
For BPH if and only if it becomes a problem in dogs or for that matter humans then you deal with it.
