I know it doesnt cause it but overweight will make it worst. Beign over weight isn't good for there knees either. My sick Yorkie Spunky had clicking in his knee..I think he was called a 3..not to bad dunno. But he seemed loose. Moki and Weenie they gauge them a 0. Unless I'm saying the ratings backwords...In the Old day dogs never got sick....Or now we just choose to fix them instead of putting them down
