With Bella who is just over 2 years old, I got her used to being groomed every morning . I have one place that I groom her and thats the top of the washer, ( I have a main floor laundry room ) all her stuff is there I give her a small treat when we start and one when we finish. The whole session is only about 10 or maybe 15 min if we have to do a bum wash.
Other then the treats its just like having a child. They will get used to it and except it as part of there life.
