I am in the process of switching from Royal Canin. I was never really too thrilled to have Tink on it when I read "Pork By Products, corn grits, corn meal, gelatin by-products". The most recent shipment of 24 cans I received is more mousse-like in texture, and Tink will not touch it. I tried mixing it with chicken, and she will act like I gave her some bad medicine and spit it out. It's just very strange, since she used to LOVE LOVE LOVE this food. She will pick at the kibble, but not even touch the canned. I am in the process of switching her to Hill's ID, and she really enjoys and the ingredients look much better.
I am really concerned about this dog food, it seems like they change their formula without letting anyone know. And this is PRESCRIPTION food, meaning the dogs on it have some form of medical condition... disappointed. |
