We are planning on getting Zoey chipped later this month when she gets spayed.
Our last dog was a Doberman, she name was Romy, she was chipped and tattooed to show she was spayed. She was a rescue, from a Dobie Rescue and they took care of all of that, so when we got her she was already chipped. My Vet thought it was wonderful and thinks every pet should be chipped. And I have to say after going to the rescue site in person and seeing all these dogs I think it’s a good idea. I know some were given up but a lot of the pets just get lost. If I somehow lost Zoey I would at least want another way to find her.
