Didn't get a before pic, but this was the ugliest brown frame with brown velvet trim. I repainted and distressed it, and found another frame (trashed that one) with the owl pic and the glass from that one fit perfectly. The owls are reflective foil like material. The frame was $2 and the owls were $3.

This is so weird I had to get it. I wonder about the dog and the owner and why he had the tie framed. I like the frame and I will paint it, but the tie, what should I do? I don't want to throw it away. Unfortunately the glass is not glass, it's plastic. This was $3.
