True! I did not see where the age of the pup was given in the OP's post. Everything you said is true Taylor.....and about the vaccinations, you MUST affix the label from the vaccine to the health recodr to make it legit! Just writing down a date and saying that is when you gave the shot, does not count and would NOT be acceptable!
