This sounds worse than it is..... tilt your yorkies head back take the pill and put it as far back in the dogs mouth ( on the toungue) quickly shut thier mouth hold it closed and give one quick breath into thier nose. My reccomended this to give pills for colitis for Gracie and it worked like a charm for like five days and then she got wise and would slide it to the side of her mouth not swallow and spit it out under the bed. Needless to say we now have to order a liquid compound from a pharmacy in southern jersey and have it overnighted at a cost of 55 dollars for a two week supply as opposed to the 8 dollar pill from my vet........So it say use this method until they get jip to it and then go back to the drawing board....LOL
