Here is where I got my rat tail comb. It has a metal tail. Perfect for top knots. Also don't forget to get the little hook scissors. . . They are great for taking out topknots. I get my Shampoo and conditioner and grooming spray from here. I have tried many different products. This is the only items I use on Galen. You can talk to Julia. Tell her your concerns and she will direct you with the best products for your pup. Also, never dry brush their hair. It can cause damage and break. Always use a grooming spray. I add fish oil in Galen's food every night. I also give him coconut oil every day as a treat or mix it in breakfast. It helps their coats. And their insides too
