You should schedule a vet visit for day 45 of first witnessed tie, and an xRay appointment for day 56. It should give you an exact head count if she is pregnant ( an experienced vet will give you that at day 56, an exact head count). An experienced breeder should also be present, if not possible, I suggest set up a vet assisted delivery. So much can go wrong or not, but your first litter should not be happening without experienced eyes by your side. My suggestion.
