You will need to take her to the vets in after 45 days to confirm pregnancy. Some females do not show any signs until day 50 into pregnancy. To show puppies an X-ray should be taken no sooner than day 53. An ultrasound will show hearts sooner but day 45 should be your vet visit day.
Hope all goes well as if understood correctly this is an accident and it was not planned nor supposed to happen, right?
The other option you have is to schedule an emergency spay even before you find or figure anything out and your mind will be at easy. It can be done now if you want , you need to call your vet and discuss this option, but needs to be done asap.
